MARIA C. KAO, ESQ. is a partner at Briscoe Ivester & Bazel, where she works as a corporate counsel and enforcement litigator for common interest developments, residential, commercial, and mixed used developers, apartment owners and holding groups.  Her specialized areas of litigation include CC&R enforcement, CID vendor dispute, and dispute with local municipalities.  She has the rare ability to take litigation from Complaint to Post-Judgement collection. She is a frequent speaker and educator at CAI and a frequent speaker and author for the College of Community Association Lawyers.  Maria is a graduate of UC Irvine and Whittier Law School.
