NATALIE STEWART NATALIE STEWART is the President of FHA Review, a California-based Third-Party Submission service that specializes in nationwide FHA and VA Condominium Certification processes. Since its establishment in 2011, FHA Review has been dedicated to assisting Condominium projects across the country, successfully completing thousands of Condo Approvals each year. She has been an active member of CAI, serving in numerous chapters as a committee member, as well as chairperson. Currently, Natalie holds the position of Public Relations Chairperson for the CAI California Legislative Action Committee. Her exceptional contributions to the industry were recognized in 2020 when she was honored with the Rising Star of the Year award by CAI National. She was recently featured in Common Ground magazine as a prominent figure shaping the future of CAI.
